Biography

Davante Lewis was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and lives in Louisiana. Lewis earned a B.A. in political science with a minor in communications from McNeese State University in 2014. His career experience includes working as a director of public affairs and outreach for the Louisiana Budget Project. Lewis volunteered as co-chair of the outreach and campaigns advisory committee for the State Priorities Partnership and joined the board of the Louisiana Foundation Against Sexual Assault, New Leaders Council of Louisiana, and LIFT Louisiana.[1]
