Dave Andrews (Pennsylvania)
Dave Andrews was a 2013 candidate for the Blair County Court of Common Pleas in Blair County, Pennsylvania. He dropped out of the race shortly after winning the Democratic primary.[1]
2013 election
ran for election to the Blair County Court of Common Pleas. Primary: He received percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, but lost that primary with 26.6 percent of the vote.
Andrews, a Republican, exited the race nine days after winning the Democratic primary, leaving his opponent Wade A. Kagarise unopposed in the general election.
Education
Andrews earned his B.A. in political science and history from Juniata College in 1974 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle in 1977.[5]
