Dave Quall
Dave Quall (b. January 26, 1936) was a Democratic member of the Washington House of Representatives. He represented District 40-Position 1 from 1992-2010.
On February 15, 2010, Quall announced he would not be seeking re-election.[1]
Biography
Quall is a former counselor/basketball coach for Skagit Valley College. He has also worked for Mount Vernon High School as a history teacher/counselor. He is now retired.
Quall earned his B.A. in education from Seattle Pacific University in 1961. He went on to receive his M.A. in education guidance/counseling from Seattle Pacific University in 1974.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Democrat Dave Quall won re-election to the Washington House of Representatives, District 40-Position 1 receiving 100.00% of the vote (51,568 votes). He ran unopposed.[3]
