Biography
Dave Rowland was born in Charlotte, Michigan. He earned an undergraduate degree in May 2008 after studying at Grand Rapids JC and Michigan State University. His professional experience includes working as a firefighter and as a customer service specialist. Rowland served in the United States Army from May 1986 to May 1992. He is affiliated with Michigan Democrats.[1]
