Biography
Dave Rowley earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Iowa in 1977.[1] Rowley's career experience includes working as an insurance agent with the Blum & Leonard Agency Inc., the president and senior vice president of Bank Midwest Insurance, and a western Iowa marketing representative with United Fire & Casualty Insurance.[1][2][3][4]
