Dave Wambach is a former circuit court judge for Branch 3 of the Jefferson County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was appointed by Governor Scott Walker (R) in June 2013 to fill the vacancy created when Jacqueline Erwin retired.[1] He was elected to a full term in 2014.[2][3] Wambach retired on March 31, 2017.[4]

Education

Wambach earned a bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1981, going on to receive his J.D. from Marquette University in 1985.[1]

Career

Awards and associations

Wambach was named "Prosecutor of the Year" in 2006 by the Wisconsin District Attorney's Association, and received the same recognition from the Wisconsin Association of Homicide Investigators in 2007 and 2011.[1]
