Davi R. Gardner is a justice of the peace in Hudspeth County, Texas (Precinct 4).[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Gardner won the Democratic primary, receiving 60 percent of the vote. She defeated in the general election by Juanita R. Collier.[4]
