David A. Kolger
David A. Kolger was a judge for the circuit court of Wayne County in Indiana. Kolger joined the court by appointment in 2005, and he retired from the court in June 2021.[1][2]
Education
Kolger received his B.S. from Ball State University. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Kolger served as deputy prosecutor in Wayne County from 1984 to 1999, and prosecutor from 1999 until his appointment in 2005.[1]
2012 election
Kolger ran unopposed for re-election to the court in 2012.[4] He was successful in his bid, receiving 100 percent of the vote.[5]
