David A. Stofferahn is a judge of the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals. He was first appointed to the court in April 2002. Stofferahn was reappointed to another term on the court by Gov. Mark Dayton (D) on February 6, 2015. Gov. Tim Walz (D) reappointed Sundquist to a six-year term on January 29, 2021.[1][2]
Education
Stofferahn received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1976.[3][4]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Stofferahn was an attorney at Sieben, Grose, and Von Holtum.[4]
