Biography
David Abbott was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and lives in Rome City, Indiana. Abbott graduated from Elmhurst High School.[1][2] His career experience includes working as a design engineer with Luttmann Precision Mold, Inc.[3] Abbott served on the Rome City Town Council and the Noble County Commission.[1][2]
