I'm David R Ambrose II born and raised in Beverly MA, I moved to Alaska to attend UAF at first for engineering then psychology. I believe I am the only candidate eligible for office for having been the only one to have acted in accordance with the law and the constitution during covid. The constitution, specifically the 14 amendment section 3, forbids those who give aid, comfort, or participates in rebellion or insurrection from holding office. Alaska statutes 11.56.767, 11.56.765 are mandatory reporting requirements for those who witnessed covid coercion against children or vulnerable adults like those with long covid. Candidates should have known better and the failure to have done so should be considered giving comfort to violations of Nuremberg code and the prohibition with respect to bioweapon, or misprision. The mandatory reporting obligation for those who work near children is 47.17.020 a lack of reporting could also be considered giving comfort to terroristic threatening by foreign forces against children. For college students the same logic applies to mandatory reporting in accordance with their contractually obligated anti bullying/anti coercive requirements in accordance with their student handbook, failure to have reported it for a degree could also be considered fraud in accordance with furthering crimes against the country. Numerous reports should have been made by multiple parties, fortunately the statute of limitations in Alaska for fraud is 10 years.
  • We the people need to acknowledge the misuse of information by others engaged in psychological warfare against the people, the state of Alaska, and USA. The abdrigement of the press has severely hindered our covid response, obstructed prosecution of coercive medical practices under the color of law, aided and abetted our enemies in times of war, contributed to fraud on multiple counts in real time and after the fact. Certain people think that by disseminating information on telegram and other private channels that they are satisfying the duty to report to the American people while keeping it under a threshold to supplement to the rest of the population a fraudulent narrative for the purposes of electioneering. I believe this is treason.
  • I believe that there are numerous very serious ongoing federal crimes being committed across branches of the government including but not limited to treason, sedition, coercion, misprision, rebellion, violations to 18 USC 175 by retaining or getting covid vaccine ingredients in the body, fraud, obstruction, terrorism, use of spacetime modification wmds, etc. If elected I will work relentlessly with others to hold those responsible for ongoing crimes accountable. I believe it is time that congress issues a declaration of war. In hopes of obtaining speaker of the house, I will build an independent coalition to restore constitutional order and conduct congressional tribunals with sentences via execution by firing squad.
  • I encourage those who felt terrorized or coerced by the government or those in it who committed official misconduct by tolerating it, individuals, or private businesses who interfered with commerce by means coercion to get others to wear a mask or get a bioweapon injection to join my new political party named "The Party of Judah" for justice and accountability across the state of AK, across others, and at a national level for misconduct, or you wish to testify in court on the matter. I will seek to issue a declaration of war to hold the foreign entities accountable and work to conduct tribunals in congress.
My main areas of concernand passion are constitutional checks and balances, justice, economic/agricultural/infrastructural development, war and foreign policy, limited government policies, science and technology, the expansion/understanding of consciousness, psychology, health and wellness, and civil rights.
Jesus, other shaman. Those who are able to help heal others have gifts I look up to.
The law of one.

Case law.

Various competing interpretations of the constitution in today's time vs original intent creates a fabric of understanding fiscal conservatism and a 10th amendment heavy political philosophy, supporting the vast majority of government functions by the states.

Common sense spending and minimal laissez-faire supplemental economic investments.

John Locke, the social contract, natural law vs common law vs constitutional law vs statutory law.
Having an independent moral compass without mental reservations to conduct themselves accordingly and speak freely to engage in checks and balances across other branches of government in accordance with the congressional ballot limitation access act of Alaska. Additionally the constant need to entertain alternatives viewpoints on a matter and stay up to date with information necessitates a need to have an open mind on various topics to get and give feedback as well as fix any situation for all.
A relentless and patient pursuit of a superior legal position and an increased understanding of the psychological phenomenon of long covid gives me unique perspective to address concerns associated with the office, providing a strong foundation to be successful and make a huge impact for the state of Alaska. I am years ahead of other candidates in their handling of the pandemic, economy, foreign affairs, science and technology, medicine, etc. I will make a positive disruptive impact in congress and bring back wealth to the state.
I take the responsibilities associated with the office extremely seriously. Above all someone elected to this office needs to make themselves available to put in the time to actually do the work associated with the position instead of focusing on needing to run or win a campaign. To not expect to put in a tremendous amount of time 24/7 to maintaining national defense by other candidates is extremely irresponsible and is contributing to the abdication of the office to bureaucrats. Besides being the sole individual to represent Alaska in the legislature I believe having a nonpartisan independent position or viable mental state to report crimes including covid is necessary. Perhaps we need an amendment to the constitution for other candidates to address their mental health. Being confident enough to speak up and take a position on issues of national and international importance is a big responsibility not everyone may be capable of handling. Being able to preempt the country's needs through the gateway experience may assist an upholding their responsibilities.
A successful and independent restoration of the constitution having been corrupted by domestic and foreign forces.
Well, I died when I was born and remember that born in August 1996, although not a historical event my memory is very good. I remember y2k at 3.5 years old. I remember watching news about the internet and the economy in 1998 at 1.5. I remember remote viewing 9/11 and the communications within the pentagon/ airforce regarding ongoing training at the time with stand down orders, as well as activities in certain financial offices in the
"World trade center" regarding obstructing the Gesara/Nesara rollout.
My first job was at a grocery store as a bagger/cashier in high-school. I worked there for a couple of years.
Other than the law of one for opening the mind, "The rules of chaos" Stephen Vizinczey
The impeachment clause, the financial and war powers clauses and the willingness to use them, checks and balances associated with the office are more important than the other two. The most direct form of representation in the republic correlated with population. The size, scope, and demographic make up of the institution has no comparison.
It may be beneficial in terms of rules, procedures, and understanding the system but it does little benefit compared to understanding the intricate needs associated with the middle class needed to support the economy another job would provide insight to if the time was spent developing other work related skills that could transfer better to the position. So, no I do not.
The ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios and avoid the damaging effects to the economy that the ongoing information war is causing as well as responding to natural events.
Yes it is supposed to have a quick turnover if necessary to rid unproductive fiscal policies, the term length and adaptable financial responsibility associated with the office are directly and intentionally correlated.
I belive they are necessary for generational change and to rid corruption associated with dark money and outside influence. That individual in question can always run for a different office. I will vote to make it an amendment to the constitution and remove age restrictions for office.
I can't help but continue to notice how many people had their rights violated during covid and are still without remedy and how it caused such a huge disruption to people's lives. Its telling how many individuals still feel overwhelmed either from long covid, injustice, misinformation, or something else associated with the event. People are still recovering they don't need more disturbances in their daily lives. Most people seem to just want to go about their business. When I speak to people who had medical problems and were mistreated due to their disability during covid it is a shame it was tolerated.
What is small, green, and has wheels?

.....

Grass!

I lied about the wheels.
No, a very last resort perhaps. If you are willing to so easily compromise your position its probably not well thought out, not based on the constitution, or not a plausible solution. People who are wrong compromise their polices. People who were wrong about the application of coercive covid mask guidance want to compromise that it wasnt a crime when it was. If the question was meant to ask if working together or collaboration is desirable then the answer is yes. Collaboration on a position ≠ (does not equal) compromising one's position.
I will consider use use of dark money to subvert that checks and balances power to commit fraud an act worthy of tribunal for obstruction of congress. I will also seek to use the impeachment provisions associated with the office to remove those from positions of trust involved in similar activities.
There are numerous Investigations that need to be made. To start with the origins of covid, scheming to conceal medical technology, using space time modification devices, activities in deep underground military base operations involving adrenochrome harvesting of tortured children, misprision racketeering conspiracies, rebellion, Draco interference, scalar interference, sedition, rebellion/insurrection, delay of Nesara/Gesara for fraud, coercion,

Nuremberg violations, war crimes against Americans, terrorism, aiding and abetting, etc.

I will fast track the dissemination of information to the American people with investigations into the fraudulent narratives being used for nefarious purposes.

The U.S house should be relentless with zero tolerance in their subpoena and investigation powers to get to the bottom of the ongoing crimes against the country.
Judiciary; energy and commerce, science, space, and technology: foreign affairs; national resources; armed services; oversight and accountability; rules; homeland security; transportation and infrastructure
I believe financial transparency and government accountability are very serious topics of discussion not to be understated. I believe checks and balances are currently being subverted to conspire against this. Acting as those money is just something to print has seriously contributed to inflation in particular 2 trillion in covid handouts. My 2 trillion dollar infrastructure proposal that was passed off as others, mitigated some of the damaging effects of fraud and reoriented the economy. This was something I was thinking about while everyone else was incapacitated from long covid years ago running my campaign on Facebook. I am in support of reasonable spending in all areas although I think pork barrel spending is unconstitutional. Voting for single spending bills should become the new norm. My position on encouraging workforce participation promotes increased recirculation of the currency, market stability, and development.

Campaign website

Ambrose's campaign website stated the following:

Policies & Positions

Limited Federal Government
We the people need to put more emphasis on the importance of the states managing the majority of the functionality of government in more proper alignment of the tenth amendment. Parties have lost sight on the role of the federal government and its intended limited scope to high priority duties such as mutual defense as a country. The reason we have 50 lackluster state education systems is because we have a single bloated and bureaucratic federalized one that was able to get away with the organized conspiracy to violate student's civil rights during covid.

Stronger State Government
What Alaska needs is a federal representative who will use the sole seat in congress to bolster the abilities of the state itself. Focusing on increasing our agriculture and infrastructure project partnerships within the state between private and state entities while cutting down on unnecessary spending is a sure way of handing the power back to the state and the people of Alaska. [1]

—David Ambrose’s campaign website (2024)[2]

Interview with Alaska Beacon

Ambrose highlighted the following themes in an interview with Alaska Beacon. The questions from Alaska Beacon are bolded and Ambrose's responses follow below.[3]

Biggest need: What’s Alaska’s biggest need, and how would you address it?
An independent constitutional interpretation of law enforcement unfettered by other states. A separation of powers from the federal government over Alaska's ability to be independent from bureaucratic overreach. Other states, legislators, and outside lobbyists will learn to respect Alaskan autonomy because I consider it a crime against the state to interfere with commerce in the current state of affairs.

Improvements: What improvements to Alaskans’ day-to-day lives can you make from the House of Representatives?
I will rebuild the economy at a federal level designed around the integration of all natural resources and productivity with our workforce participation. I will support jobs growth and industry to build rural jobs and support urban communities with an integration of our farming potential as a state into a new jobs program and continue the other work on the economy I've done as a candidate during covid.

Oil: How long will oil be central to Alaska’s economy, and what, if anything, should the state’s Congressional delegation be doing now to prepare for a post-oil future?
Oil will be an integral part of the economy for a long time to come. We should continue jobs growth, industrial output, and exploration for the time being while drastically boosting mining for critical minerals for battery manufacturing while we look to alternatives like biofuels, nuclear, zero point, geothermal, etc for an all of the above energy approach. Our delegation should advocate an all of the above energy policy at a federal level while planning on flooding the oil economy for the next 10 years outrunning the problem.

Directed spending: Do you support the use of congressionally directed spending for Alaska, why or why not?
Yes, in most common circumstances. When it it being used to boost the economy, help the state, or for some other constitutional purpose. Not on any social program at all whatsoever. Social programs should be handled by the states in accordance with the 10th amendment, It is my belief we have problems with social programs and fraud within them because they are not being handled by the states with the checks and balances of addressing fraud being addressed by congress. Nor should money be used to coerce the state into a social policy some may disagree with. When It's money for infrastructure or development alaska needs it more than any other state from the federal level and I will fight for more fiscal discipline by congress and the states themselves in there responsibilities of funding while the federal government cuts down the deficit.

Obstacles: What would you do to remove or prevent procedural obstacles in the US House over the next two years?
Hold congressional tribunals for the acts of treason and other high crimes against the country that are ongoing and that we saw during covid, including the interference with congress and their ability to conduct business and vote to issue sentences via execution by firing squad in addition to issuing a declaration of war.

Abortion/contraceptives: What actions should Congress take on abortion and contraceptives?
See 10th amendment. Stop funding fraudulent federal social programs without constitutional grounds. Establish policies at state levels. Abortion in murder.

Fisheries: How should Congress and the federal government address the state’s growing fisheries crisis?
Congress should step in to support the state in their fiscal efforts managing the department of fish and game and their operations. Perhaps establishing a similar support program for all states in ther sustainable food programs bringing advocacy to the situation supporting the natural resouce management programs already in place, building on them and helping scientists get to the bottom of fluctuations in our wildlife and mutual abilities to harvest. More feedback from and support to the scientists tracking these problems are needed.

Land management: What’s the best way to handle land management conflicts between the federal government and the state?
Tell the federal government unless it's for a mutual defense program among the states they don't need to manage any land and introduce a bill transferring all the lands in dispute to the state of Alaska for management by the people, state, and local governments.

Tribes: How would you rate the federal government’s interactions with Alaska Native tribes, and what, if anything, should be changed?
From what I can gather it needs improvements in their rights to self autonomy. I would like to see more public communication between them and tribes in other states being shown at a federal level on Cspan and other locations.

Immigration: What should Congress be doing on immigration issues?
A hard-core crackcrackdown and national deportation operation along with a declaration of war against Mexico. While updating the legal means of immigration.

Party: On what issues do you disagree with your party’s political platform? If you’re running as an independent, what party would you prefer to caucus with?
I am running as an independent and plan to caucus with fiscal conservatives and engineer minded legislators willing to spend on projects that help from the bottom up not bloated budgets going to special interests.

Israel-Palestine: What should the United States do to resolve the Israel-Palestine conflict?
Understand that foreign powers wish to take advantage of American opinions to drag us into wars we shouldn't be in and start a war of our own.

Transgender issues: How should the federal government handle issues affecting transgender Alaskans?
Not allow lewd material or ideology to reach children in anyway shape or form nor allow federal funds to be used for such a purpose in furthance of the asymmetric warfare it is against the country by foreign entities.

Climate refugees: How much risk does Alaska face from climate-change-driven refugees?
From the "refugees" minimal if none. We will however see some anomalous events as regional heating and cooling may get more intense driving some "relocation".

Biden administration: Alaska’s two senators have said the Biden administration is waging a “war on Alaska” with various executive orders. Do you agree with that assessment, and what, if anything, should be done?
Those senators are giving aid and comfort to acts of treason and should be impeached and held accountable for engaging in an information warfare operation against Alaskan while being involved in the manufacturing of those "events". Those senators seem to forget the war powers are their, ther abdication of them to an administration is a violation of their oath of office while giving comfort to interference on the economy.[1]
