David H. Armstrong was a judge on the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II. He was elected in November of 1995 and took office the following January.[1] He was retained by voters in 2000 and 2006.[2][3] He retired at the end of his term in 2012. [4]

Education

Armstrong received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 1961 and his law degree from Hastings College of Law in 1964.[1]

Career

Judge Armstrong began his legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in San Bernardino College. He then worked as a private practice lawyer in Kitsap County from 1970 until his election to the Court of Appeals in 1995.[1]
