David M. Bastianelli is a former circuit court judge for the Kenosha County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was first appointed to the court in 1984 by Governor Tony Earl and elected to the position in 1985. Bastianelli was re-elected in 1991, 1997, 2003, 2009 and 2015.[2][3] He retired on March 31, 2020.[4]

Education

Bastianelli earned his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1976.[2]

Bastianelli was re-elected without opposition to the Kenosha County Circuit Court, Branch 1 in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[5][3]
