David Bernhard
David Bernhard is a judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals. He assumed office on January 1, 2025. His current term ends on January 15, 2027.
Bernhard was appointed to the Virginia Court of Appeals by the Virginia General Assembly on March 7, 2024, to replace Glen Huff[1]
Education
Bernhard received his B.A. from Brandeis University in 1983 and his J.D. from Washington University in 1985[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the Virginia Court of Appeals, Bernhard was a circuit court judge in Fairfax County for seven year.[1]
