David Black (South Carolina)
David Black was the South Carolina Director of Insurance. He was appointed to the position by Governor Nikki Haley on January 20, 2011 and resigned effective December 28, 2011.[1] He did not give a reason for his resignation.[2] He was succeeded by Gwen Fuller-McGriff, who served in an interim capacity until Haley appointed Raymond Farmer as a permanent replacement to head the South Carolina Department of Insurance on November 13, 2012.[3]
