David Bowman
David Bowman was the judge of the Goliad County Court in Texas. He ran for re-election to the court in 2014 but was defeated in the runoff election on May 27.[1]

Bowman ran for re-election to the Goliad County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 50.0 percent of the vote. He competed against Pat Calhoun.
Runoff: Because the two candidates tied in the primary election, a runoff was held on May 27, 2014. Bowman was defeated, receiving 35.2 percent of the vote.

Bowman was elected to the county court after winning 44.2 percent of the vote.[4]
