David Brett Woods
David Brett Woods is a judge of the Denver Juvenile Court in Colorado. His current term ends on January 12, 2027.
Woods ran for re-election for judge of the Denver Juvenile Court in Colorado. He won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.
Woods was appointed by Gov. Bill Ritter (D) in September 2007. He was the first openly gay male appointed to the district's courts; Judge Mary A. Celeste was the first openly gay judge in 2000, serving as a county court judge.[1]
