David Campbell Humphreys
David Campbell Humphreys (1817-1879) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on April 22, 1870. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 10, 1870, and received commission on May 13, 1870. He served until his death on July 2, 1879.[1]
