David Coen
David Coen is a former member of the Vermont Public Service Board. He was first appointed to the position in 1995 by then-governor Howard Dean. He was subsequently re-appointed in 2001 and 2007. His term expired October 1, 2013.[1][2]
Biography
Coen began his career teaching English in Connecticut public schools. He previously served as President and CEO of Fishman's department stores. Before being named to the VPSB, Coen served as Deputy Mayor, Alderman and Water Commissioner in the City of Vergennes.[1]
