David D. Kelton
David D. Kelton was a candidate for the judgeship of the Texas District 134 Court. He was defeated by Dale B. Tillery in a runoff election on April 13, 2010.
Education
David Kelton obtained a B.A. from University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from University of Texas at Austin.[1]
Career
Kelton has previously worked as an associate at Vial, Hamilton Law Firm, a partner at Johnson, Shanklin, Billings, Kelton & Porter and practiced privately for 18 years as David Kelton, P.C. He is also a former Dallas Civil District Court Master and judge for the 44th Judicial District Court. At the time of his candidacy, Kelton was working as an arbitrator and mediator in Dallas.[2]
