No incumbents won re-election in 2016 with Valentin Guerrero (Place 1), Donna Mery (Place 2), Alicia Reyna (Place 3), Eva Watts (Place 4), Eloy Avila (Place 5), and John Billman (Place 6) winning board seats.[1]
