Ken Richardson is the superintendent of the David Douglas School District. Richardson was appointed superintendent in July 2016. Richardson's previous career experience includes working as the district's deputy superintendent.[1]

Members of the David Douglas School District school board are elected to four-year terms. Three or four seats are up for election every odd-numbered year in May.
