David E. Finger is a judge of the Lea County Magistrate Court, Division 4, in New Mexico. He was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez in early March 2011 to replace Dwight L. Crenshaw.[1][2][3] He was re-elected to the court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[4]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 3, 2014.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [4][5]

Finger defeated Janie Alicia Hernandez in the primary election on June 5, 2012 and was re-elected to the magistrate court.[6][7]
