David E. Henderson was a judge for the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas in Steubenville, Ohio. He was elected to the court in 2002 and retired from the bench at the end of his last term on December 31, 2014.[1][2]

Education

Henderson received his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his J.D. degree from Mercer University.[3]

Career

Before he became a judge for the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas, Henderson served as an assistant law director for Steubenville, Ohio, for fifteen years. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice, served as a part-time prosecutor for Jefferson County, and worked as a part-time clerk for the Ohio Seventh District Court of Appeals.[1]
