David E. Woessner is a judge on the Wood County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Bowling Green, Ohio. He assumed office on December 29, 1998. Woessner was re-elected to the Wood County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[1]

Woessner was re-elected to the court in November 2008 for a six-year term, effective until February 8, 2015.[3][4]

Education

Woessner received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.[5]

Career

Before joining the court, Woessner served as a magistrate for both the Domestic Relations Division and the Juvenile Division of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas. During this time, he was also a partner at the law firm of Middleton, Roebke and Woessner. Prior to his private law practice, Woessner served both as a chief assistant prosecutor for the Wood County Prosecutor's Office and as a court referee for the Bowling Green Municipal Court.[3]
