David Earl Durham was a criminal court judge for the Fifteenth Judicial District Criminal Court in Tennessee, which presides over Jackson, Macon, Smith, Trousdale, and Wilson counties. He was appointed by former Governor Phil Bredesen to replace the late Judge J.O.Bond and assumed office on March 23, 2009. He was later elected to the court on August 5, 2010.[1][2][3]

Durham did not seek re-election when his term expired in August 2014.[4]

Education

Durham received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee in 1978 and 1981, respectively.[5]

Durham was re-elected to the Fifteenth Judicial District Criminal Court after running unopposed on August 5, 2010.[3]
