David Espinosa (Texas)
David Espinosa is a member of the Grand Prairie Independent School District school board in Texas, representing Place 5. He assumed office in 2015. His current term ends in 2027.
Espinosa won re-election to the Grand Prairie Independent School District school board to represent Place 5 in Texas outright after the general election on May 4, 2024, was canceled.
Biography
Espinosa is a lifelong resident of Grand Prairie and graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 2006. He earned an associate of arts degree from Mountain View Community College in 2008 and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Texas at Arlington.[1][2]

The general election on May 9, 2015, in the Grand Prairie Independent School District featured two seats up for election. In the District 5 race, incumbent Burke Hall faced challenger David Espinosa. Espinosa defeated Hall for the seat. District 1 incumbent Terry Brooks ran unopposed and won re-election by default.
