David Fenster

David Fenster is a judge of the superior court in Vermont. He was appointed by Gov. Peter Shumlin (D) in December 2016, to a term expiring on March 31, 2023.[1][2]
Biography
Fenster graduated from the University of Vermont and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.[1]
Prior to his appointment to the bench in 2016, Fenster was the Addison County state's attorney. His professional experience also includes work in private practice and as a Bennington County deputy state's attorney.[1]
