David Flanagan (Wisconsin)
David T. Flanagan was a judge of the Dane County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] Flanagan was first appointed to the Dane County Circuit Court in the fall of 1999 by Republican Governor Tommy Thompson.[2] He was re-elected to the court in 2000, 2006, and 2012.[3]
On March 11, 2016, Flanagan announced his retirement from the court, effective July 31, 2016.[4]
Education
Flanagan earned his B.S.C.E. from the University of Missouri and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.[5]
