David French (Kansas)
David French (Republican Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 40. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on January 9, 2023.

Biography
Representative French was born in Lansing, Kansas. He received an M.B.A. from Midwestern State University in 1980. After graduation he served as an intelligence officer for the United States Army. French went on to work as a team lead for Cubic and as an intelligence analyst at Leidos.[1]
