David Gregory "Greg" Warren was a circuit court judge for the 25th Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed in January 2013 to fill a vacancy left by Judge Mary Sheffield, who moved to the Missouri Court of Appeals.[1][2] He did not seek re-election in 2014 and stepped down when his term expired on December 31, 2014.[3]

Education

Warren earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.[1]

Career

2013 appointment

In January 2013, Governor Jay Nixon appointed Warren as a judge on the 25th Circuit Court to replace Judge Mary Sheffield, who moved to the Missouri Court of Appeals in late 2012.

Judge Warren has ably demonstrated his dedication to public service by serving on the bench in this circuit for more than 18 years and for several years before that as the prosecuting attorney in Pulaski County. He has earned the trust and respect of the citizens of this region, and I am pleased to appoint him as a circuit judge to serve the people of the counties in this circuit.[1] - Governor Jay Nixon[4]

Warren was re-elected as an associate circuit judge for the 25th Circuit Court.[1]
