David Gantt
David Gantt (Democratic Party) was a member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 137. He assumed office in 2013. He died on July 1, 2020.[1]
Gantt previously represented District 133 in the Assembly from 1983 to 2013. Gantt's political experience included being a legislator for the Monroe County Legislature, 22nd Legislative District and an assistant majority leader of the Monroe County Legislature.
Biography
Gantt attended Rochester Institute of Technology and Roberts Wesleyan College.[2] His professional experience included serving as an administrator for Anthony Jordan Health Center; a working member of Lithographers and Photoengravers International Union Local 230; and a youth counselor for the City of Rochester.[3]
