David H. Sanders was a judge for the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit in West Virginia, which presides over Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties. He was first elected in 1992, taking office the following year, and was re-elected without opposition in 2000 and 2008.[1]
Sanders did not seek re-election in 2016 and retired from office on December 31 of that year.[1]
Education
Sanders received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law.[2]
