Biography
David Haggan lives in Hampden, Maine. Haggan earned a B.S. from the University of Maine in 1989. His career experience includes working as a middle school social studies teacher. Haggan has been affiliated with the Anah Shrine Bangor, the NRA, and the Hampden Rifle and Pistol Club.[1][2]
