Biography
David Haubert earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge, and a master's degree from UCLA. He became president of the Alameda County Mayors Conference and began serving on the Alameda County Transportation Commission, the Livermore-Amador Valley Transportation Authority, and the Alameda County Local Area Formation Commission.[1]
