David Hay was a 2014 Constitution Party candidate for District 30A of the Idaho House of Representatives. He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2012.

Elections for the Idaho House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 14, 2014. Incumbent Jeff Thompson defeated Steve Yates in the Republican primary and defeated David G. Hay (C) in the general election.[1][2][3]
