David G. Henry is the Division 1 judge of the Eleventh Circuit East of Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2002. He was re-elected in 2008 and again in 2014. His current term expires in 2020. Henry's former law partner was J.W. Green, Jr., the former Arkansas County District judge.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Education

Henry received his undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1972 and his J.D. there in 1974. He previously graduated from New Mexico Military Institute in 1969.[3][7]
