|- . Our public schools are the future of our state. They should be funded so that each student can reach their potential regardless of the tax base of the city that the school resides. Repeal educational voucher program.
- Homeless population needs housing first. Currently, we are removing tent encampments of homeless people from any place that the police find them. Unfortunately, there is no place for them to legally move to. So, state law need to give the cities protection from being sued for providing housing and care for those who are unhoused.

This has given me insight into the wide range of persons in our jail system, where I try to help them to know themselves and to take responsibility for their actions. Public service is my way to give back to the community for all that I have been given. I am grateful for liberty and voice. I ask for your support, and, if elected, I will serve and represent the people of Rochester.
- Standing up for students, teachers, and public employees. Public funds should be use for an adequate public education.
- Standing up for property taxpayers with businesses paying their fair share of the tax burden. State obligations should not be shifted to local property taxes.
- Support for the right to privacy between you and your doctor and control over your body.
