David Hoppe is a judge of the Oregon Circuit Court, 1st Judicial District.[1] He was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2]

Hoppe ran for election to the Oregon Circuit Court, 1st Judicial District.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 38.0 percent of the vote. He competed against Judge J. Adam Peterson and William Francis.
General: He defeated Judge J. Adam Peterson in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 58.1 percent of the vote. [1][3] 

Education

Hoppe received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1989 and a J.D. from Lewis And Clark Law School in 1994.[4]

Career

Prior to his election to the bench, Hoppe was a deputy district attorney in Jackson County.[5]
