David Howard (Vermont Judge)
David A. Howard is a former presiding superior court judge of Bennington County, Vermont. Howard joined the court in January 1998. His term expired on March 31, 2016.[1][2]

Howard earned his B.A. at the University of Vermont in 1973 and his J.D. at Boston College Law School in 1976.[2]
