David Hulbert is a former Superior Court judge who lost his seat in 2004 to Eric Z. Lucas.[1]

Hulbert was one of five candidates for an open seat on the Snohomish County Superior Court, Washington. He received only 16.16 percent of the vote in the November 3, 2009 general election, losing to Joe Wilson.[2]
