“	Do we really need Semi-Automatic, or Fully Automatic Weapons. As Governor I stand strongly against the use of Military Grade weapons. Any weapons that are for use in military confrontation, should not be in the hands of the public. I know many will argue that it's their Right to own any weapon that is on the market. Use of a gun for self protection or protecting your family and your secured constitutionally protected property, I will defend, and uphold the Second Amendment and the rulings from Supreme Court. Arming Teachers As Governor I will not even entertain the thought of arming our teachers or even allowing others with weapons on our schools grounds! I feel that doing so would do serious harm mentally and psychologically to our children. As well as the cost to our already under funded school systems, you will hear others tell you its about protecting children, but when asked about how much more in cost it will be for the underwriting insurance for arming teachers, they go silent. Teachers dedicate years of study to share their knowledge, not to decide if they will have to kill a student today. But promote and nurture the great minds of tomorrow helping them see their potential and how they can contribute to the Human Race. Full Background Checks for Purchase of Any Weapon As Governor I will be the first to push for new statute requiring all gun sales in our great state that a full background check is mandatory from all gun shops and conventions. We will work with the federal government and local law enforcement , to share information with any other state about individuals who might have Mental, Hate Group Affiliation, and Revoked Gun Purchase Privileges. Require that any purchases of large amount of ammunition be reported to both local and state agencies, as well as to federal agencies, so that those agencies can speak to that individual or individuals, and keep track of them. Public Safety Comes First I am not trying to take away anyone's rights, but let me be clear, Public safety will always come first and foremost. As I stated I will protect your right to possess firearms under the Second Amendment, but I must ensure that right does not infringe upon others rights to Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Because we are not living in a war zone where any private citizen needs to have any military grade weapons. We will be a leader in this issue and show that each and every time Nevadans, when faced with hard choices, will always make the right decision. No Longer We Stand For Worst Being ranked 48th-50th in the nation in education, is totally unacceptable to all nevadans. But due to mismanagement, greed, and non-caring third parties whose only interest in our schools is, How much they get in selling schools products they know don't work! And the sad part is those who you elected or was appointed push this agenda, because they are only caring about their own vested pecuniary interest. Political Education Nevada Democratic Party. Graduating The Best and Brightest As Governor I promise to make sure our students come first. And to see that they are given the right resources to develop the Critical Thinking Skills, Thought Process Patterns needed to move forward in their higher education, or their job choices in their future. Teachers If you support me as Governor, I promise that together we will build stronger, unified schools for Nevada. I will push for a Universal State Mandated Curriculum so that every school is teaching the same subjects from the same materials. It will be developed, designed and built by those teachers who are still working hard each and every day teaching. The real boots on the ground not from those who hadn't been in a classroom for years. Also I will fight to get rid of testing, and allow teachers to have more instructional time and teach subjects to students, that will make a difference in their life. Plus I will do what it takes, to make sure teachers and support staff receive the decent pay and benefits they so rightfully deserve You Have My Word On That! Our Lunches There was a time in America when all schools lunches, was prepared with love and caring. Now we serve our children food in plastic or cellophane wrappings. I work in our schools and see the lunches our youth are forced to consume, I have yet to see any top Administrators sit down and eat the same unappetizing unpleasing so-called food. As Governor I will work to get our children the same type of lunches that other children around the world are served . Below are pictures from school lunches from around the world. Which Lunch Would You Eat? In Michael Moore Documentary "Where Do We Invade Next" He was in France and showed the kids in a elementary school pictures of what America Kids for lunch and the look on those kids faces was of shock and horror, "When asked would you eat that they strongly said NO" The sad part is that their lunch when compare in cost was the same price we pay for our kids lunches. So the question is WHY? Do we accept less for our kids. As Governor I will work hard to get decent healthy meals back in our schools, without increasing the cost or budget to do it, Don't Listen To The Lies My opponents will attempt to tell you our lunches meet all government requirements for nutritional value, But yet they wouldn't allow their children to eat it, it's no different than when they tell you to settle for less in Healthcare, while they enjoy tax paid supported AAA Healthcare. Just ask your children how they feel about school lunches. And remember back when you couldn't wait for lunch because it was truly a GREAT MEAL and as Governor we will give the same to our children today. Making Sure Our Elderly Get The Services They Need It's one of our duties to ensure that those who have given to their Family, Country, Friends and working and living in our wonderful state. Now are ready to retire or have retired and when in need of medical services they should be able to count on getting those services when they need it the most. As Governor I would like to ensure that they can count on the State of Nevada if they need a helping hand. SINGLE PAYER PLAN Now is the time for us to seriously look at going to a single payer plan. My opponents are telling you to trust them and they in turn are trusting in Washington or their party, instead of trusting in Nevada they are looking for leadership in all the wrong places. But we will not look for guidance from Parties, Senate or the House, but from within ourselves to make sure health insurance is there for all Nevadans. Plus we will eliminate Health Insurance Company Review panels deciding what care a patient needs when their provider has done all the correct paperwork and submitted to the insurance company, only for the patient to get a call telling them insurance has denied the use of a specialist, because they don't think it worth the cost. Plus we will give all Nevadans the right to shop for their own plan that fits their needs. GOOD HEALTH LEADS TO A GREAT START IN LIFE Now my opponents will fight against healthcare, for all Nevadans unless they can profit from it or their major supporters can profit. Almost all of my opponents are Millionaires and know in their heart and minds, that they or their family members can go to any healthcare providers and not worry about the cost of treatment. But I, on the other hand am running for Governor to stand up for the common everyday harding working Nevadan. I refuse to have my offspring go on television and lie about using a Community Outreach Program for their healthcare needs, when I know I can afford for them to get the best care money can buy! just to con the average everyday hard working Nevadan Voter to vote for me on a bald faced outright LIE. VETERANS As Governor I will do all in my power to make sure veterans and their loved ones, will not have to only rely on the Veterans Administration for their healthcare needs and treatment. Nevada will show our Men and Women who proudly serve that we appreciate their sacrifices. So if they cannot get the services from D.C. then they can trust in all of us in Nevada to provide them the services they need. HELPING WOMEN TO BETTER HEALTH EXAMS I will stand for a woman right, as Governor I will never tell any women how she should or do with her body. That would mean taking away her Unalienable Right of Free Will. I will fight to make sure every woman no matter what financial background she comes from, she can receive the examinations to make sure any health concerns can be addressed earlier. So yes I will fight for Planned Parenthood Funding and others that can provide services. And yes for Men healthcare examinations for high health risks problems. MAKING SURE ALL CHILDREN GET THE CARE THEY NEED Since our young is our future, its only right we do everything within our power to ensure any and every child can get the checkups they need in order to keep diseases down, and keep those around them healthy too! If we work together and do not allow others to tell us caring for humanity is socialism, but look at it as our duty, then nothing is impossible. Issues With Family Court How many times have you or someone you know been involved with family court? As you might sit and hear about the horrible treatment being done to families by judges. The family is the nucleus of the human race, without, we would cease to exist, this is a gift from God the power and the right to Pro-Create the species. Help me with your vote to allow me the honor to serve as your Governor, I promise you this the annihilation of families will stop. Judges will no longer believe they do not have to answer for their actions or non-actions . No more Fathers or Mothers being stripped of their Right to raise and rear the offspring. No more judges only hearing and deciding what is right for a child that they didn't create. No more fathers or mothers being found guilty as though they committed a crime. HELP ME TO HELP ALL THOSE WRONGED BY THE FAMILY COURT! I will make sure that all judges will do their sworn oath of office and uphold the Constitution before any state policy or statute. I will also push that all child custody issues within the State of Nevada must be resolved within 90-120 Days after the issue has been filed with the clerk of the court, Also the Father and the Mother will automatically share 50/50 of the offspring, Unless a lawfully filed criminal complaint has been entered against either of the parents and supported by a police investigation and confirmed by Child Protection Services No judge will take away anyone Rights. NEVADA WHERE FAMILIES GROW I understand that sometimes parents can no longer share the same home, but that does not mean they also stop Loving, Caring, and Nurturing their offspring.This is why I will do my best to ensure that the State of Nevada be there with support groups and counseling for the families having to face those times. So once again as Governor I will uphold the Unalienable Rights of both parents, and not allow any judge to create greater hardship on the family then what they already are facing. So the family can still grow and mainly the offspring have both Father and Mother in their lives. The quicker the process the faster the family can begin the healing. No more divorce and child custody taking 9 Months or even years to settle. Meaning that judges better be ready to come to work and face full dockets each day. Plus judges better get lawyers onboard quick, because the days of dragging out these types of cases to make more pecuniary compensation are over Once I am Elected Governor. And Justice For All This failed experiment called incarceration of Men and Women and the alarming rate it continues to grow. In the State of Nevada we must look at different means before lock-up. And that we must stop locking up Human Beings based on their ability to afford a high price law team. But to many times we see those who are more fortunate than other escape prison time for their crimes! But as Governor I will use the Office of the People to ensure those types of judges who give unequal punishment will be removed from the bench for they would have shown all Nevadans Prejudice, Bias and Cruel Treatment to the poor and this happens no matter what race creed or color a human being is. THE RETURN TO SOCIETY After a human being has served their time in the care of the state, we must do what we can to help them return to a live outside of the state care. If elected Governor I will grant voting rights back to those who completed all the terms and condition of their release. Even if a human being has committed a crime, that should not stop them or remove their Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties. We ask them to return to society and start over again, But yet they get no voice in City County and State Elections knowing that the outcome of those elections can affect them and their loved ones. I refuse to punish for a lifetime unless the crime fits the punishment, Let's show Nevadans do believe in second chances truly. TIME FOR A CHANGE My Brothers and Sisters Nevadans now is the time to move forward in our ideas and treatment of those incarcerated. We cannot no longer live in the past, when it has not made us any safer, but cost us more in the care of housing these human beings. No more classroom to prison pipeline, no more not educating those who are in the care of the state for a short time. We must work together to solve this issue and those who are totally incorrigible, then we have no choice but to placed in the care of the state until their attitude and actions change. political courts nevada family /criminal	”
