David K. Fox was a district court judge for the 29B Judicial District of North Carolina. He joined the court in 1992 and retired in December 2012.[1][2][3]
Education
Fox received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[4]
