Biography

David Karpas was born in New York, New York, and grew up in Denver, Colorado. Karpas' professional experience includes owning a commercial mail reception business. He earned a bachelor's degree from the Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California in 2016.[1]

Karpas has been affiliated with the Democratic Party.[1]
