I am a husband, a father of two, an investment manager, and president of my family's non profit, the Kloiber Foundation. For the last decade I have dedicated my time to improving the city of Lexington by increasing educational opportunities for children and adults' primarily through the use of technology. Since 2020 I have served on the LFUCG city council as the representative for the 6th district, and I am currently seeking the office of Mayor in the November 2022 election.
  • We need to bring in proven practices to address the rising violence.
  • We need to devote resources and planning to decreasing the cost of housing to those who live and work in the city
  • We can make Lexington a Safe and Affordable city
When violence is on the rise it affects every aspect of our city. I intend to implement proven community policing policies and services to address the root causes of violence in our city.

Our budget has become unsustainable and needs to be addressed. Duplication of services, capital project allocations, and just generally the rate our costs have increased compared to our revenues, have put us in a situation that will require experience and multi-year financial planning to address.

We can not continue to push our working class out of the city. With over 50% of our workforce no longer able to live in the city, we are already seeing a climb in the cost of living for everyone. Planning and zoning policy, coupled with affordable housing initiatives must be implemented if we are going to reverse this trend.
