David Kolbe
David Kolbe was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Indiana. Kolbe withdrew from the primary on February 11, 2012 citing personal and family matters leading to his reassessment of his ability to engage in the campaign.[1]
