David L. Ashworth is a judge of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Ashworth was elected to the court in 1999. He was retained in 2009 to a term that expires in 2019.[2]

Ashworth earned his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from Widener University.[3]
