David L. Williams was a district court judge for the 1st Judicial District in Virginia. The Virginia General Assembly did not re-elect Williams in 2015, and he stepped down when his term ended on July 1.

Education

Williams received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
