David L. Williams was a district court judge for the 1st Judicial District in Virginia.[1] The Virginia General Assembly did not re-elect Williams in 2015, and he stepped down when his term ended on July 1.[2]
Education
Williams received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[3]
