Biography
David Lamar Williams Jr. was born in Newark, New Jersey. He served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 2016. Williams attended the Community College of Philadelphia. His career experience includes working as an accountant.[1][2]

|- Housing options for our citizens is a fundamental, basic right. No matter the reason you find yourself homeless in Delaware I want to get you home. I feel that defining the root cause will give a better chance to sustaining not only a roof over your head but a place to call home that is consistent and based on your true capacity. Home is a place where we find love, security, strength, support, and relaxation. These are all attributes that give a better foundation and chance at that American dream. I want this for all the citizens of Delaware.
- Education is the foundation of the growth of our state. Educating our citizens opens up doors to their success. I will continue to support all areas of learning and training that will build infrastructure, technology, advancement in health initiatives, environmental resource research, and new innovative ideas that bring new, high income career choices for our citizens.
- I am open to working with all Law, Criminal, Health & Social, community organization, cultural organizations, and branches of Government to support the urgent task of maintaining good practices to support safety, minimize police brutality, and increase community relations.
I am a man of the people. I want to serve and use my gift of connecting peoples, resolution and project solving skills to have a meeting of the minds that leads to resolution. No matter the charge, no matter the challenge I am willing to step in and bring the appropriate player to the table and chart a plan to get the job done. I want the rights of the people served no matter their race, their orientation, their plot in life, their education or their cause. Let' face it and move forward together.
I continue to focus on my advocacy for issues that touch my heart. Advocating for issues that touch your heart, help your fellow man and effect change is something I encourage for all citizens.
