David Lee Cannon, Jr.
David Lee Cannon, Jr. is a judge of the 9th Superior Court District of Georgia. He was elected in 2012. Cannon is the son of the late Georgia municipal court judge David L. Cannon, Senior.
2012 election
Cannon defeated Mark O. Shriver, IV, receiving 63 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[1] Cannon and Shriver were vying for the seat that was vacated by retired judge Frank C. Mills, III.[2]
